BIM Engineer

Key Responsibilities 1. BIM Modeling & Coordination Develop and manage Revit models for architectural, structural, and MEP systems, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards. Perform clash detection and resolve design conflicts using tools like Navisworks or Solibri. Utilize Rhino for complex parametric modeling and detailed fabrication drawings, particularly for curtain wall systems. 2. Technical Documentation Prepare construction drawings, schedules, and material takeoffs from BIM models. Generate BIM coordination reports and updates for stakeholders. 3. Project Collaboration Lead BIM coordination meetings with architects, engineers, and contractors to align workflows and resolve technical issues. Act as a liaison between design and construction teams to ensure seamless data exchange. 4. Quality Assurance Validate model accuracy, adherence to standards (e.g., BIM Execution Plan), and compliance with Singapore's Building and Construction Authority (BCA) regulations. 5. Innovation & Process Improvement Implement BIM best practices and explore advanced tools (e.g., Dynamo, Enscape) for automation and visualization. Job Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related discipline. Experience: 3+ years of BIM experience in architecture/curtain wall projects, preferably in Singapore or international settings. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Revit (Architecture/MEP) and Rhino with Grasshopper. Familiarity with Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360 collaboration tools. Fluency in English (verbal and written) for client/stakeholder communication. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and time-management abilities. Team-oriented mindset with effective communication skills. Preferred Skills Certifications: Autodesk Revit Certified Professional or equivalent.
