Construction Manager

Responsibilities Responsible to the project stakeholders for accomplishing the project objectives within the constraints such as project scope, time, cost and quality of the project. Study tender/construction drawings, specifications, and contracts to understand project requirements. Assist the Project Manager to oversee all site projects operations, functions, and requirements. Oversee all technical matters, attend clients and consultants meetings, and coordinate M&E and architectural works. Plan and sequence construction operations according to the master and detailed work construction programs, considering project costing. Coordinate site operations with subcontractors and suppliers. Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities to resolve technical issues and monitor site progress against targets. Plan, procure, monitor, and control resources such as manpower, machinery, and materials to execute site works within time and cost constraints. Lead coordination meetings with Site Managers, Site Engineers, and subcontractors. Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment, aiming for zero accidents and near misses. Ensure sites meet legal guidelines and health and safety requirements. Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned. Requirements Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering.
