Rainbow Centre ("RC") envisions a world where persons with disabilities are empowered and thriving in inclusive communities. The Advocacy and Community Engagement ("ACE") team leads the development and coordination of RC's communications and partnerships to advance our mission. We serve as a channel to amplify our services and programmes, bridge our clients towards stronger acceptance in the community and contribute to progressing the narrative of disability inclusion in Singapore. Role: Senior Executive, Partnership and Community Activation — responsible for designing and implementing strategies that enhance collaboration with stakeholders, drive community engagement, and promote inclusivity for individuals with disabilities. The postholder will identify and cultivate partnerships that align with Rainbow Centre\'s goals, and execute projects pertaining to fundraising and donor, partner and volunteer engagement and management. Role: Associate Psychologist — working as part of an interdisciplinary team under close supervision of the Senior Psychologist, responsible for the delivery of quality psychological services and may work across a variety of settings at Rainbow Centre (early intervention, schools, out-of-school hours care and community outreach services etc). The role is part of Rainbow Centre\'s Accessibility Services aimed at improving quality of life through effective therapy and psychological services to support independence and thriving lives. Role: Admin Executive (Temporary, 6-Month Contract)— to support the daily operations of Rainbow Centre Training and Consultancy (RCTC). Responsibilities include coordinating and managing administrative tasks related to training programs, ensuring smooth execution of training sessions, and assisting trainers and trainees as needed. Role: Lead Early Interventionist — ensures quality administrative and coordinating structures to support student learning and development, and partnerships with key stakeholders to attain student well-being. Role: Senior Occupational Therapist — to deliver high-quality occupational therapy services within the DCMP, working with a multidisciplinary team to provide person-centred interventions and support independence and quality of life. Role: Senior Care Facilitator — leads a team of Care Facilitators to provide high-quality care and learning experiences for students in the out-of-school-hours service, planning, delivering, evaluating care and learning, and collaborating with interns, volunteers, caregivers and stakeholders. Role: Assistant Care Facilitator — provides quality care, learning opportunities and meaningful engagement for students, supporting life skills development, under guidance of Senior Care Facilitators and Centre Head. Role: Assistant Teacher — supports teaching teams and curriculum delivery; position is catered to applicants enrolled or eligible for the Specialist Diploma in Early Childhood Intervention (SDESN). Role: Early Intervention Teacher / Early Interventionist — responsible for providing quality learning experiences and leading teaching teams, engaging families and stakeholders, and pursuing ongoing professional development to enhance teaching and learning practices. The Administration Operations team plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operations of these services, supporting service leaders in processing client information relating to financial, personnel, and general administration. The Administration Operations Executive is responsible for coordinating and providing administrative support which may include secretariat support for meetings, liaison with vendors, inventory and data management, confidential data management, over-the-counter customer service and other operational responsibilities. The role may be assigned to any one of our services. The Lead Early Interventionist also ensures that student well-being is attained and enhanced through strong student-related policies and processes, including partnerships with key stakeholders. The Adult Empowerment Services are committed to improving the quality of life for persons with disabilities through person-centred services that empower individuals, support their families, and foster inclusive communities. Comprising the Day Activity Centre, Disability Case Management Programme (DCMP), and Young Adults Activities, these programmes aim to help individuals reach their fullest potential, achieve greater independence, and lead meaningful, fulfilling lives. The Disability Case Management Programme (DCMP) provides holistic and timely case management and interventions to address the complex needs of persons with disabilities, ensuring comprehensive care and support. DCMP clients often have multifaceted support needs that require collaboration across multiple agencies and professionals. As part of the Interdisciplinary Care Planning (ICP) team in DCMP, the Life Coach will work collaboratively with clients, their families, and other professionals to implement care plans, coordinate care arrangements, and report progress to the ICP team. The goal of the role is to empower clients, enhance their independence, and support their integration into inclusive communities. Reporting to the Senior Teacher (ST) and working under the guidance of the Teacher(s), the Facilitator supports the Teachers to provide quality learning experiences for students and support the best deliverance of the curriculum. The Adult Empowerment Services are committed to improving the quality of life for persons with disabilities through person-centred services that empower individuals, support their families, and foster inclusive communities. Reporting to the Centre Head, the Senior Care Facilitator is responsible for leading a team of Care Facilitators in leading a team of Care Facilitators to provide high-quality care and learning experiences for students in the out-of-school-hours student care service (OOSH). The Senior Care Facilitator is responsible for planning, delivering, and evaluating care and learning, while fostering close collaboration with interns, volunteers, caregivers, and other stakeholders. By modeling quality care and facilitating learning, the Senior Care Facilitator guides the team towards excellence in program delivery, assessment for student learning, and continuous growth. The Adult, Family and Accessibility group comprises Adult and Community Services, Employability Services and Allied Professional Hub, all committed to enabling persons with disabilities to access learning and services, participate in life and work, and achieve a high quality of life. Reporting to the Centre Head and working under the guidance of Senior Care Facilitators, the Assistant Care Facilitator is responsible for the provision of quality care, learning opportunities and meaningful engagement for students to support their life skills development. Reporting to the Senior Early Interventionist (SEI) and working under the supervision of the SEI and Early Interventionist, the Assistant Teacher supports the teaching team to provide quality learning experiences for students and support the best deliverance of the curriculum. The Assistant Teacher position is catered to applicants who are currently enrolled or are eligible to be enrolled into the Specialist Diploma in Early Childhood Intervention (SDESN).
