Job Role:
The Patient Service Associate position is a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and support. This key function involves providing assistance with scheduling future appointments, registering patients, and collaborating with medical professionals on basic care when required. Furthermore, the individual will be responsible for entering patient information into the hospital system, handling phone calls and inquiries, and offering relevant information to patients.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements and Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess a minimum of GCE N/O or 'A' Levels/Diploma and above. Additionally, you should have a keen interest in the healthcare/medical industry and no prior experience is necessary as full training will be provided. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office is also a requirement. You must be able to start work immediately.

A successful candidate will possess strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a willingness to learn. They will be able to work effectively in a team environment and demonstrate a high level of professionalism.
