What the role is: Data analysis of TNA findings to identify learning needs and performance gaps of the social service sector Design and development of full spectrum of learning intervention to meet needs of sector professionals Collaborate with key stakeholders to achieve learning intervention development for the sector Manage project deliverables through close monitoring of project resource parameters including budgetary guidelines of NCSS Assess learning needs to effectively integrate learning technology innovations which enhance the learner experience. Drive innovation and research by identifying emerging technology applications and develop roadmaps for technology implementation. Analyze data to evaluate effectiveness of learning technology and systems, identifying improvement opportunities. What you will be working on: Analyze findings to advisory of relevant programmes and their key learning outcomes in relation to sector's learning needs and performance gaps Design and develop curriculum using pedagogically sound principles based on stipulated learning outcomes in accordance to guidelines set Ensure curriculum designed and developed comply with external accrediting agencies or funders' requirements where applicable Address feedback and clarifications in relation to curriculum design and development during accreditation process Review curriculum design and development system for enhancement in accordance to SOP Partner key stakeholders to achieve learning intervention which may include sector experts, practitioners, adult educators, government agencies and university partners Work closely with cross unit teams to oversee and grow respective sub-sectors Collaborate with cross unit teams to perform corporate functions roles which may include recruitment, budgeting, digitalisation, audit matters within SSI Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to build impactful social service entities which may include social learning and tech-enabled learning initiatives Participate in various workgroups to strengthen capability of the social service learning ecosystem Procure resources based on budgetary guidelines to ensure resource optimisation Lead project team to plan, execute, monitor progress to achieve project goals and deliverables within set timelines Plan project schedule and key milestones to track progress and flag out where necessary Oversee all activities related to project deliverables, including managing stakeholders and work processes throughout the execution of projects Analyze emerging industry applications of learning technology Analyze the learner experience to identify potential learning technology integration opportunities Assess learners' digital readiness to inform recommendations of learning technology application Design desired learning technology user experience and interface to facilitate achievement of learning experience objectives What we are looking for: Sound pedagogical skills in curriculum development Strong communication and presentation skills Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Power BI Data analysis skills Stakeholder management skills Negotiation skills Planning and project management skills Learning technology design Trained in Education/Training/Instructional Design/ACTA/ACLP DACE/DDDLP is preferred About National Council of Social Service NCSS is the umbrella body for over 500 member social service agencies in Singapore.
