Pricing Analyst (Freight)Randstad Singapore is a major international logistics and supply chain organisation with a strong regional footprint across Southeast Asia. This role involves spearheading the company's competitive intelligence and pricing strategy across Southeast Asia. You will be instrumental in defining market positioning, managing costs, and forecasting freight movements to ensure sustainable business growth. Responsibilities Lead strategic pricing: Develop and implement competitive pricing models and frameworks for commercial teams and clients, conducting regional negotiation and sourcing activities for ocean freight capacity. Conduct market intelligence: Execute in-depth research on global trade dynamics and economic risks, translating findings into actionable intelligence and competitive benchmarks for Ocean and Airfreight. Generate financial forecasts: Provide comprehensive analysis of freight rate forecasting to senior management, supporting strategic planning for high-growth trade lanes and resource management. Ensure data integrity & compliance: Maintain data systems and utilise AI and data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to ensure accurate reporting and adherence to regional financial objectives. Drive internal expertise: Lead internal knowledge-sharing sessions and provide expert market context during key customer engagements and training for internal stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher. Prior experience in pricing analysis, particularly related to Ocean Freight Rate Management and Market Intelligence, is strongly preferred.
