Roles & Responsibilities Job Title: M&E Manager(ID8029)Location: Tai SengWorking Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm.Salary: $4500 - $6500Job Description-Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resources required for M&E works.-Coordinate with other project teams to ensure integrated execution of M&E systems.-Working closely with users to ensure the project meets business needs.-Track the progress of M&E works, identify potential delays, and provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.-Address any issues or delays promptly to ensure the project stays on schedule.-Work with architects, engineers, project managers, and other teams to solve technical problems and ensure M&E systems fit well with other building components.-Proactively identify technical issues, resolve conflicts, and find solutions to challenges during the project execution.-Ensure the timely resolution of any technical problems that arise in M&E systems.-Ensure that all M&E installations and systems meet the required quality standards and specifications.-Supervise and manage M&E engineers, technicians, and contractors.-Provide training and guidance to team members.-Perform other tasks as assigned by management.Requirement:-At least 3 years' working experience in the Building / Construction / Interior Design Industry.-Proficient in MS Office applications-AUTOCAD skill will be added advantage-Able to converse with English and Chinese speaking clients, contractors and vendors to complete projects effectively.-Strong Organizational, Project Management, and problem-solving skills.-Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.-Local working experience needed.
