Roles & Responsibilities Job highlight Located at North Salary: Up to $4,500 (with AWS & VB) 8.00AM to 5.00 PM (Mon – Fri) We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Executive, Human Resources to support the HR & Admin department. You will play a key role in managing the full spectrum of HR functions, guiding junior team members, and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations. The role requires someone confident in stakeholder management, data analysis, and workflow improvement. Key Responsibilities Manage stakeholders across all levels, including conflict resolution and grievances handling. Support the Assistant Manager, HR & Admin by carrying out assigned tasks independently with minimal supervision. Handle high-volume recruitment activities across different job levels and departments, ensuring timely fulfillment of manpower needs. Demonstrate proficiency in data analysis and preparation of PowerPoint presentations. Streamline and improve HR workflow processes for greater efficiency. Ensure compliance with HR SOPs, policies, and procedures. Assist in payroll administration, audit preparation, and data verification. Oversee daily HR operations and general administrative duties. Key Requirements Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience covering the full spectrum of HR functions. Strong recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment across different levels. Proficiency in data handling, with working knowledge of Info-Tech and Power BI preferred. Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience managing a team of 3–5 members. Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
