Job Description You will play a critical role in supporting Finance transformation journey, particularly as we gear towards the implementation of A*STAR ERP. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in communication, change management and project coordination. Key Responsibilities Work with the Finance leadership team to drive strategic projects, including the upcoming ERP system implementation and other process improvements Develop and execute communication plans to ensure all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the transformation, including newsletters and other internal content Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and workflows Partner with various Finance functions and other stakeholders to align transformation initiatives with organisational goals Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives as needed Job Requirements Proven experience in change management, project management and internal communications Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Able to work independently and in a team to deliver outcomes in a dynamic and fast-paced environment The above eligibility criteria are not exhaustive.
