Responsibilities
We're looking for a
Storekeeper
to perform inventory management, customer order fulfilment and shipping of products.
Perform inventory management, tracking stock and transactions to ensure proper documentation, and cycle counting and stock take;
Check and inspect incoming materials, and issue materials to relevant requesters;
Organise the store in order to optimise space and ensure tidiness;
Process and fulfil customers' orders and support with shipment planning and arrangements;
Packing orders and liaising with customers up shipment updates and other relevant queries;
Manage freight services for inbound and outbound shipments;
Support customs documentation;
Ensure tidiness of the store and that activities are in line with company policies.
Requirements
Secondary education with at least 3 years in a similar role;
Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office;
Familiarity with inventory management and shipping documentation;
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Employment Details
This is a 3-month, renewable contract role;
This role is located in Southwest Singapore, and has a 5-day work week.
