Coach teams and individuals to enhance Agile maturity and performance. Collaborate with stakeholders to align Agile processes with organisational goals. Conduct workshops and training sessions on Agile frameworks and methodologies. Identify and address challenges hindering Agile adoption. Support the development of high-performing, self-organising teams. Provide metrics and reporting to demonstrate Agile progress and success. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Profile A successful Agile Coach should have: Proven experience in implementing Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban. Strong knowledge of Agile principles and practices within the technology sector. Excellent coaching and mentoring skills to support team development. Ability to influence and engage with stakeholders across various levels. Problem-solving skills to address and overcome Agile transformation challenges.
