Description UP $3500 | Executive, Planning & Purchasing | 1-Year + BONUS | Hillview Location: Hillview Contract: 1-year (no extension) + Completion Bonus: Up to 1 month’s salary Salary: Up to $3,500 per month Job Overview Join as a Planning Executive, where you’ll be responsible for coordinating material planning, purchasing activities, and ensuring smooth alignment between production schedules and inventory targets. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement purchasing and material planning strategies to meet production and inventory goals. Create Purchase Requisitions and Production Orders using SAP. Monitor order progress and adjust delivery timelines to match production needs. Work closely with teams across manufacturing, engineering, and quality to resolve supply chain challenges. Analyse demand patterns and supply risks to anticipate potential issues. Ensure all planning and purchasing activities comply with company policies, quality standards, and industry regulations. Requirements Diploma in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Procurement. At least 2 years of experience in a planning or supply chain role. Proficient in ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and Excel (minimum Pivot Table level). Able to thrive under pressure and handle multiple tasks independently or in a team. Strong communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. Experience in Oil & Gas, Aviation, Offshore Marine, or Semiconductor industries preferred.
