Our client is a leading global multinational with a significant regional technology footprint in Singapore. They are currently seeking a .NET Technical Lead to spearhead the delivery of a large-scale, complex .NET implementation project across the region. Collaborate with System Analysts to understand and analyze user, business, and system functional requirements, translating them into clear delivery objectives. Perform risk assessments to evaluate current vs. future-state processes, identifying technical constraints and limitations in proposed solutions. Design robust technical solutions aligned with the Functional Specification Document. Develop and implement solutions based on Technical Specifications, including thorough unit testing to ensure code quality and reliability. Conduct code reviews for junior developers and external vendors to maintain coding standards and best practices. Prepare and review documentation related to system releases and deployments. Support system testing activities, ensuring timely resolution of reported issues. Assist in integration testing and user acceptance testing phases. Provide incident support by diagnosing and resolving technical issues, including root cause analysis. Manage stakeholder expectations through clear communication and timely issue resolution. Escalate challenges and unresolved issues promptly to the Team Lead or Team Head. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent practical experience). Minimum 5 years of hands‐on experience in software development using .NET technologies, with strong proficiency in C#.NET . Prior experience in banking or financial institutions is highly desirable. Proven experience in deploying and maintaining cloud‐native .NET applications on Microsoft Azure . Hands‐on expertise in Azure Functions , Azure messaging services , and related compute resources. Solid understanding of SDLC methodologies , including Waterfall and Agile. Strong communication, presentation, and coordination skills. Proactive, self‐driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to mentor and guide team members.
