Objective The Kitchen Crew is to ensure delivering the highest level of dining experience by presenting fresh and warm high quality menu to customer's table. Kitchen Crew are requiring to work in a high pace environment to meet customer's expectation and serve the food within the stipulated time. Responsibility Daily stock checking Check for non-expire and expire food that need to be dispose. Prepare ingredient such as cutting vegetable, cook rice, re-pack ingredient into one portion, etc. Prepare goo quality food once there is order comes in and ensure to follow the SOP when cooking. To assist Kitchen Supervisorand above in the kitchen. Ensure kitchen safety and hygiene at top-notch. To communicate well with other crew members, Supervisors and Managers. Understand YAYOI product knowledge. Requirement No working experience is needed but need to have basic meal preparation skills. Holding a valid Basic Food Hygiene Certificate will be advantage. Require to be able to speak English and Chinese Require to work at multiple location Because of the nature of work, you are require to work on-site.
