Achieve sales target KPIs, call quality and operational standards;
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling;
Handle and follow up with customer enquiries with confidence;
Convert leads provided by the bank to sales through telemarketing activities;
Ensure calls are conducted with full adherence to regulations and in line with Quality Assurance standards;
Liaise with internal departments on policy fulfillment;
Take accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and take appropriate steps to mitigate the risks;
Highlight any potential concerns/risks and proactively share best risk management practices.
Requirements
Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written skills;
Comfortable with outbound calls and stakeholder interactions;
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills;
Patient and resilient to handle rejection and objections;
Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level / Diploma;
Relevant insurance certifications such as BCP, PGI and HI will be preferred;
Prior experience in the insurance industry will be advantageous;
Commission + Leads given;
Singaporeans Only.
