More info: ⸻Roles & Responsibilities Support daily kitchen operations for both café and bar service Prepare and / or produce pastries, including cheesecakes, and other baked items Maintain kitchen hygiene and adhere to food safety standards at all times Manage ingredient preparation, storage, stock rotation, and basic inventory tracking Ensure consistency in presentation and product quality Collaborate with the team to support smooth service flow Contribute ideas for new food and menu development where relevant Expectations Prior experience in kitchens or pastry production is preferred Strong understanding of basic culinary methods and food hygiene standards Good time management and ability to handle fast-paced service periods Consistent and reliable work ethic with attention to detail Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Professional attitude and willingness to learn and improve Flexibility to support daytime and occasional evening operations as needed Able to work independently Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Supportive working environment Exposure to both café and bar culinary workflows Opportunity to contribute to menu development and new product creation 5 day work week Revenue share #J-18808-Ljbffr
