Manager, Group Finance

- Oversee the preparation and consolidation of financial reports across all operating divisions on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Collaborate with Financial Accountants to maintain a consistent and comprehensive information base.
- Develop long-term management forecasts by interpreting projected trends and economic forecasts.
- Prepare Group consolidations, financial reports, and statutory financial statements.
- Support audit processes and prepare relevant documentation.
- Handle specific ad-hoc projects as needed.
- Design and document financial processes for improved efficiency.
- Lead efforts to automate financial reporting systems.
Requirements
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in management accounting, with expertise in general accounting, financial analysis, and management reporting.
- Professional certification (CPA/CA) is required.
- Demonstrated skills in financial forecasting and liquidity management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to effectively analyze and communicate complex financial information.
- A collaborative team player who can also work independently.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Aptitude for prioritizing and managing multiple, time-sensitive tasks.
- Self-motivated and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
