Overview Adecco is partnering with a leading global technology company to hire a Regional Business Analyst (Korean-Speaking) on a 2-year contract (renewable). Responsibilities Support financial planning and reporting, working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to deliver data-driven insights across the region. Part of the regional HQ team, playing a key role in executive-level reporting, profitability analysis, and business planning. Analyze large datasets to generate sales, profit, and overhead reports . Monitor financial performance, conduct variance analysis , and identify cost drivers. Prepare monthly and quarterly presentations for C-level executives , translating insights between Korean and English as needed. Work with product managers and cross-functional teams to investigate P&L discrepancies . Support and improve financial planning processes and reporting frameworks . Deliver timely and accurate financial data to support business decision-making. Lead or support executive-level presentations and external meetings. Ensure compliance with internal policies and support risk mitigation in financial reporting. Qualifications Degree in Finance, Business Administration , or equivalent. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Financial Analyst . Strong command of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint). Experience in SAP , financial/budgeting models, and macros preferred. Excellent analytical , communication , and interpersonal skills. Ability to present insights clearly to management and senior stakeholders . Proficiency in both English and Korean (verbal and written) - this is mandatory to communicate with native Korean stakeholders.
