As a technical expert, you will be responsible for providing technical support to ensure the continued efficient operation of the plant. You will work closely with various teams to scope and execute improvement projects, review vendor selections, and develop processes for asset integrity management.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Review technical documents to identify areas for improvement. ">
  • Collaborate with operations, maintenance, business improvement, safety, and procurement teams to align project goals and execute tasks efficiently. ">
  • Conduct risk analysis on plant and equipment to mitigate potential hazards. ">
  • Develop and implement processes for asset integrity management systems to ensure optimal performance. ">
  • Provide discipline engineering support to resolve issues that arise in the plant requiring expertise beyond the plant level, and liaise with OEMs/vendors for problem-solving. ">
  • Formulate strategies for plant integrity and inspection with the maintenance team. ">
  • Verify cross-functional integrity audit findings and recommend corrective and preventive measures. ">
  • Drive equipment reliability and availability reviews to maximize equipment utilization. ">
  • Offer recommendations for equipment efficiency improvements, including new versus rebuilt equipment, existing versus new technologies, and labor versus automation to achieve best value engineering solutions. ">

Qualification, Skills and Experience:

  • ">
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field. ">
  • Experience in handling projects is an advantage. ">
  • Knowledge of reliability methodologies, including FMEA, RCM, and condition-based maintenance. ">
  • Familiarity with relevant industry standards and best practices. ">
  • Ability to keep up with new technologies and look for solutions to optimize plant operations. ">
  • Independent and resourceful individual with a positive attitude. ">
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. ">
  • Comfortable working 12 hours rotating (day/night) shift. ">
