For over 40 years, our advanced facilities in Singapore have led aerospace innovation across Asia Pacific. We utilize automation, smart factory technologies, robotics, and additive manufacturing to shape the future of aviation at GE Aerospace Engine Services Singapore (GEAESS).
GEAESS is our largest site for engine component Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO), handling more than 60% of our global repair volume.
Role Overview
Ensure parts meet specification requirements
Verify proper work clearance, correctness, and completeness
Prevent non-conforming parts from proceeding to the next work station
Support Manufacturing Engineers and Quality System Engineers during evaluations and audits
Collect and report feedback on inspected parts' quality
Perform visual and dimensional inspections and manage the parts' area
Carry out scheduled maintenance and housekeeping tasks
The Ideal Candidate:
QC experience in aircraft engine component repair
Proficiency with precision measuring instruments
Required Qualifications:
Diploma in Mechanical, Precision, or Manufacturing Engineering
Ability to read and understand manufacturing operation sheets and SOPs in English
Preferred Qualifications:
Possession of CAAS Air Legislation Paper L11, L12, or C14 (preferred)
Knowledge of flaws and defects
Ability to interpret blueprints
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Team player attitude
