We are a leading marine insurance brokerage specializing in underwriting, claims, and risk management solutions for shipping, cargo, and offshore sectors. Our team works closely with clients, insurers, and reinsurers to deliver tailored coverage and expert advice across Hull & Machinery, P&I, Cargo, and Charterers’ Liability lines. Our client is expanding our team and seeking talented professionals to join us in driving growth and delivering exceptional service to our global maritime clients.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and reinsurers.
Advise clients on marine insurance solutions, including Hull & Machinery, P&I, Cargo, Charterers’ Liability, War Risks, and Offshore coverage.
Prepare and present insurance proposals, negotiate terms, and secure competitive policies.
Manage end-to-end placement of insurance policies and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Monitor client portfolios, providing guidance on risk mitigation and coverage renewals.
Support claims handling, coordinating with clients and insurers to achieve timely and fair settlements.
Keep abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks in the maritime sector.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or related field.
Minimum 2–5 years’ experience in marine insurance broking or underwriting.
Strong knowledge of marine insurance products, market practices, and regulatory frameworks.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Self-motivated, client-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
