Overview
Lead IT Consultant (Enterprise / Corporate Applications, Mobile, C#) — Direct message the job poster from JonDavidson Pte Ltd. My client, an education institution, is looking for a lead consultant (Asst Director equivalent) to manage enterprise / corporate applications like Finance, Legal, Library systems as well as mobile applications. A more experienced candidate can be considered for the role of principal consultant.
Responsibilities
Lead a few applications services teams and guide team members in planning, managing, implementing and maintaining the relevant services.
Possess capability to make breakthroughs in design, development, testing, debugging, and implementing software applications or specialised utility programs in support of end users\' needs on platforms.
Perform planning, organisation, monitoring and control of all aspects of an IT programme and strategic utilisation of resources to achieve objectives within timelines, costs and performance expectations; identify, coordinate, and manage project interdependencies.
Oversee IT Operations & Support related to relevant Application Services.
Manage project delivery to meet scope, schedule and cost expectations; identify, assess, and manage project risks.
Manage internal resources, third parties or vendors for successful project execution.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
Plan and conduct IT Planning & Budgeting with respective divisions.
Manage vendors and outsourcing contracts.
Coach, train and manage the team; work closely with cross-functional teams (business analysts, designers, other developers) to deliver high-quality solutions.
Hold regular status update meetings with the team; work with stakeholders to gain alignment for implementation and post-implementation stages.
Experience & Qualifications
Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information/Infocomm Technology, Computer or Electronics Engineering or related discipline.
At least 15 years of application development and operation maintenance experience with at least 8 years in leadership and management position.
Good communication and management skills, particularly in project management, change management and vendor management.
Experience in ERP solutions such as SAP RISE, Oracle Campus solution or Salesforce Cloud is essential.
Knowledge and experience in IIS Server, Visual Studio 2016/2019 and MS SQL Server T-SQL.
Relevant experience in Outsystems, .NET Core, Sharepoint,
