This role offers the opportunity to work with comprehensive student datasets, ensuring data integrity while providing critical insights that drive institutional decision-making.**Key Responsibilities:*** Collate data from various stakeholders and integrate datasets.* Maintain multiple Qlik Sense dashboards for reporting purposes.* Conduct comprehensive validation checks on student datasets before data freeze periods and MOE submissions.* Perform predictive data analysis using Python or R and advanced statistical analysis with SPSS Modeler.* Maintain office inventory and assist in planning annual office activities.**Qualifications & Requirements:*** A bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.* 2-3 years proven track record in managing large datasets, validating data, and producing dashboards.* Work experience in an educational institution is a plus.* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.* Proficiency in data visualization tools, such as Qlik Sense or Microsoft Power BI.* Experience with Python/R or other statistical/data analysis software.* Ability to manage large datasets and perform data cleaning, validation, and integration.* Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and data integrity.* Good communication and interpersonal skills.We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.Hiring Institution: NTUNTU is also home to world-class autonomous institutes – the National Institute of Education, S Rajaratnam School of International Studies, Earth Observatory of Singapore, and Singapore Centre for Environmental Life Sciences Engineering – and various leading research centres such as the Nanyang Environment & Water Research Institute (NEWRI) and Energy Research Institute @ NTU ( ).Ranked amongst the world’s top universities by QS, NTU has also been named the world’s top young university for the past seven years.
