We are seeking an experienced BIM professional to join our team as a BIM Model Developer . The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of building information modeling and experience with Revit, Microstation, AECOsim, and AutoCAD software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain accurate and high-quality BIM models for construction projects.
  • Develop detailed designs using BIM and CAD technologies.
  • Liaise and coordinate with sub-contractors and other trades for cross-team support on BIM software.
  • Ensure all models are compatible and BIM data are made available to all project participants.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure all drawings are in order as per design requirements.

Requirements

  • A Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil), Architecture or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop positive relations with different stakeholders.
