Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager (AGSS/BFI/DSR)Job Summary Responsible for optimizing fuel quality and serviceability of all facilities and equipment, ensuring rectification of any abnormalities. Proposes innovative methods to improve operational efficiency, implements changes to SOPs, mitigates safety/security risks, and serves as Site Incident Controller during emergencies. Responsibilities Conduct fuel farm operations; review fuel quality issues, propose corrective actions, review loading/unloading plans, investigate fuel gain/loss deviations, and manage fuel demand forecast. Operationalize fuel bridger and aviation specialized vehicle (ASV) operations, including aircraft defueling and refueling plans. Perform maintenance operations: raise defects, establish action plans for in‐house facilities and vehicles, and review housekeeping and equipment discrepancies. Ensure operational excellence and compliance with quality and safety standards: implement new projects, mitigate risks, conduct safety briefings, endorse quality and safety reports, and update SOPs. Manage customer experience and relationships: handle escalations, monitor management reports, and analyze customer survey data. Manage people, finance and organisational development: develop learning roadmap, plan manpower, forecast budgets, approve purchase requisitions, ensure staff security clearance, and lead recruitment and retention efforts. Qualifications & Requirements Degree in operation management or related field. Proven experience in aviation industry preferred. Strong planning and people‐management skills, excellent communication and problem‐solving abilities. Experience in fuel operations, maintenance, safety compliance and customer relations. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Singaporean nationality. Note: This role is open for Singapore residents only. #J-18808-Ljbffr
