Test Engineer – Semiconductor Fab VisionPower Semiconductor Manufacturing Company Pte Ltd (VSMC) is a new joint‐venture 300mm semiconductor wafer manufacturing fab to be built in Singapore. We are looking for committed, resilient and passionate talents to launch a promising future that powers the next generation devices and systems. You will be responsible for developing and executing test systems, test analysis, process improvement, program development, and hardware debugging. Key Responsibilities Design and develop test procedures, methods and systems for semiconductor devices, including automated test equipment (ATE) programming. Execute tests on devices to verify functionality, performance, and reliability; analyze and troubleshoot test results and optimize test processes. Recommend and implement improvements to test processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, stability and repeatability. Create and maintain test programs for ATE and semi‐automatic testing platforms. Design and debug test hardware such as load boards and probe cards. Education & Qualifications Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Material Sciences, Physics or related discipline. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a fab environment focused on testing, WAT, automated test equipment (ATE), test program development and test hardware design (desirable). Skills & Attributes Excellent teamwork, strong interpersonal and communication skills. High commitment, ownership and accountability. Ability to adapt to fast‐paced and high‐pressure environments. Server & Rack Test Engineer Lead a team and manage all test‐related activities for server and rack products, including PXE server configuration, run‐in, burn‐in and power test processes. Key Responsibilities Lead a team responsible for all test‐related activities for server and rack products. Implement and maintain PXE server configurations, run‐in, burn‐in and power test processes. Liaise with customers and HQ/factory on test program implementation and product improvements. Provide training to production teams and participate in Kaizen and ISO activities. Requirements Degree in Engineering or related field. Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience. Ability to converse in Mandarin for liaison with mandarin‐speaking customers and stakeholders. SAP and Linux knowledge. Digital Mixed‐Signal Test Engineer Responsible for test program development for Digital, PMIC, RF & Mixed Signal products on ATE, collaborating with design engineers on silicon debug, device characterization, and production release activities. Key Responsibilities Develop test programs for Digital, PMIC, RF & Mixed Signal products on ATE (including Teradyne UFLEX, Advantest 93K). Work closely with design engineers on silicon debug and device characterization across PVT. Debug digital vectors (JTAG/SCAN/ATPG/Functional/Mbist) and characterize devices for process, voltage and temperature. Improve yield, reduce test time, and support production releases. Requirements Graduates from Diploma/ Degree in Electronics / Electrical Engineering. Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in test engineering. Hands‐on experience with Teradyne UFLEX or Advantest 93K ATEs (added advantage). Strong analytical, problem‐solving, and communication skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
