Stainless Steel Fabrication Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced supervisor to lead our stainless steel fabrication team in Singapore. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily activities, reviewing project plans, and ensuring high-quality outputs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the fabrication process to meet production targets.
  • Review project drawings and ensure correct interpretation by the team.
  • Assign tasks and monitor progress to maintain efficiency and quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies.
  • Liaise with project managers and clients to meet project timelines and expectations.
  • Solve production issues and provide technical guidance to team members.
  • Maintain workflow efficiency and manage manpower effectively.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of supervisory experience in stainless steel fabrication.
  • Strong technical knowledge of reading blueprints, cutting lists, and production flow.
  • Proven ability to manage a team and work under pressure.
  • Good communication and leadership skills.
  • Able to meet tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
