As the front face and ambassador of mtm labo, you will play an important role in creating a personalized and unique experience for each client, at every moment and at every point of sales. You are responsible to analyze each client’s skin condition and understand their skincare concern and lifestyle habits, then carefully select the most suitable product and treatment based on their unique skin profile. Through this tailor-made client experience and personalized solutions, you will deliver a wonderful journey of authentic beauty to each client that inspires and delights them.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
Be an ambassador of mtm labo who educates and inspires clients and enriches their experience in using mtm labo skincare products and treatments
Access clients' needs and provide professional advice through one-on-one skin consultation
Recommend, educate and select the most suitable products and treatments to clients
Deliver the brand culture and value to clients, blending it with the client’s personal story to come up with unique moments made just for them
Fostering meaningful and unforgettable client experience
Assist in skincare workshops or events and demonstrate brand expertise and professionalism
Assist in retail operations, e.g. stock take
Build and establish good rapport with clients
Sharing best practices and nourish skincare knowledge and skills with the team
Requirements:
Keen interest in beauty and skincare industry
Willing to learn and self-driven
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Pleasant disposition & well-groomed
Service oriented and customer focused
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Positive attitude and good team player
Effective communication skills in English and Mandarin
