The Opportunity Launching new assay products in the Asia-Pacific region (APAC) and exploring business opportunities Prioritising the assay portfolio and tracking progress Creating and rolling out strategic plans for the SWA assay portfolio Strategically and commercially leading discussions with different teams (affiliate, regional, and global)Responsibilities Report to the Business Lead, Core Lab, Asia Pacific Regional, Lab and C‐Suite Value Stream Support the business management team in developing and implementing portfolio strategies to achieve business goals Build and maintain relationships with key commercial leaders in the region, collaborating with clinical/medical, market access, digital and other regional teams Support affiliates in carrying out their planned portfolio strategies Travel approximately 20–30% of the time due to the job nature Who You Are Experience in core lab (clinical chemistry, immunoassay) or IVD business Ability to execute strategies, track results, and work effectively in a matrix organisation Background in sales, marketing, product management or business development is preferred Curiosity about industry developments, such as IVD tech trends and their impact on healthcare What You Need Business acumen and knowledge of financials Strong business analysis and strategic thinking skills Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills Minimum 10 years of experience in a related field preferred Bachelor's degree in a related field required; advanced degree (Master's, MBA, medical degree, or PhD) advantageous Who We Are A healthier future drives us to innovate.
