We are looking to hire a dynamic Product Manager within the Cross Border Payments cluster team based in Singapore. This role is focused on supporting and growing Citi's cross border payments business and in particular the WorldLink proposition in the Asia South and JANA clusters. The role will focus on enhancing client value, operational efficiency, and increasing market penetration by leading key product initiatives, driving adoption, solutioning and ensuring seamless execution. You will champion WorldLink as a core offering, leveraging deep market insights and strong project management capabilities to deliver innovative solutions and achieve ambitious business objectives. Responsibilities Own and drive WorldLink product initiatives and enhancements for Asia Clusters, ensuring timely execution and full lifecycle support As a product SME, drive engagement with sales team and support solutioning for select clients. Develop tailored collateral and identify use cases to increase cross border payments penetration across multiple client segments Engage clients to support WorldLink onboarding, usage expansion, and alternative
