Job Description:

Responsibilities
  • Support the management and supervision of MSL activities in conducting validation, evaluation, characterization of media, media process and related components compliance and design margin.
  • Develop surface analysis techniques to validate compliance to design and reliability margin to requirements.
  • Publish and review evaluation and failure analysis results conducted by engineering assistants.
  • Coordinate with process owners and evaluation team members on surface analysis results and work with them on assessment of improvement activities.
  • Support in the supervision of EAs and arrange priorities on daily evaluation and failure analysis activities to ensure compliance to completion target dates.
  • Coordinate with external labs for surface analysis capabilities when not available internally and benchmark other analysis techniques if possible.
  • Manage surface analysis lab equipment and coordinate with vendors for repair and maintenance activities.
  • E nsure compliance to ISO quality and safety standards.
Requirements
  • Degree in Chemistry or Material Science
  • Able to work in a cleanroom environment
  • Candidates without experience are welcome to apply
