Job Title: Senior Skincare Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Skincare Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our skincare department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing expert advice on skincare treatments and products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Consultations: Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their skin concerns and provide personalized recommendations for treatments and products.
  • Treatment Provision: Deliver a range of skincare treatments, including facials, chemical peels, and microdermabrasion, to help clients achieve healthy and glowing skin.
  • Sales and Marketing: Promote our skincare products and services to clients, both in-salon and through external marketing activities.
  • Team Support: Collaborate with other members of the skincare team to ensure seamless delivery of services and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in skincare or a related industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
