Gold Jewelry Sales Professional
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Gold Jewelry Sales Professional to join our retail team at Serangoon. As a Gold Jewelry Sales Professional, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service.
About the Role:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of gold jewelry products and develop a deep understanding of our customers' needs and preferences. You will be expected to promote our products effectively, achieve sales targets, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring that our showroom is well-presented and maintained, and that our brand image is consistently positive.
Key Responsibilities:
  • To understand and explain to customers the range of gold jewelry we have to offer.
  • To promote our various products, services, and schemes to customers.
  • To attend to customers and ensure that service delivery standards are met in achieving total customer satisfaction.
  • To achieve monthly sales targets.
  • To ensure that merchandise and displays are consistently well-presented and displayed.
  • To manage and maintain the overall positive image of the showroom.
Requirements:
This role requires a candidate with retail or jewelry experience, as it would be advantageous to have knowledge of the industry and its trends. In addition, a minimum GCE 'N' level qualification is required.
Working Arrangements:
We operate 5.5 days a week, including weekends. Working hours are from 11am to 9pm.
