The Laboratory of Neural Stem Cells, led by Professor Hongyan Wang, Acting Director of the Neuroscience & Behavioral Disorders Program at Duke-NUS Medical School, Singapore, is seeking talented and motivated individuals to join our team. Our laboratory is dedicated to advancing neural stem cell biology, including neural stem cell proliferation, differentiation, as well as their contributions to brain development and implications in neurodevelopmental disorders.
Using Drosophila, mouse models, and human brain organoids, our work is at the forefront of neuroscience research, with recent publications in PNAS (2025), Science Advances (2024), Nature Communications (2024), PLOS Biology (2024), Cell (2024), Developmental Cell (2023, 2010, Prof. Wang, an EMBO Associate Member, is an internationally recognized leader in the field of neural stem cells.

Candidates for Postdoctoral Research Fellow should possess:
1.A high level of motivation and a keen interest in neural stem cells.
- Ph.D. in biological science or related disciplines, preferably with prior research experience in mouse models or iPSC culture.
- Preferably, at least one first-author publication in a peer-reviewed journal.
- The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficient in written and oral communication.
Candidates for Research Assistant / Senior Research Assistant should possess:
1. A high level of motivation and a keen interest in neural stem cells.
2.B.Sc. in biological science or related disciplines.
- At least two years' research experience.
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
