We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Network & Infrastructure Engineer to join our Operations team. In this role, you will design, deploy, monitor, and maintain the telecom network and systems that power our services. This is a critical position that combines solution design, service delivery, and operational excellence. Workplace: Remote (open to applicants located anywhere in Asia‐Pacific, including Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia, Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand, and other regions across Asia). Responsibilities The Senior Network & Infrastructure Engineer will play a key role in the design, deployment, monitoring, and operation of the company’s telecom infrastructure. This role involves end‐to‐end responsibility for solution design, service delivery, and the operational stability of our network and systems. Solution Design & Implementation: Design scalable network and infrastructure solutions for services such as IPLC, IEPL, IP Transit, and DIA. Collaborate with commercial and technical teams to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly. Prepare technical documentation, network diagrams, and detailed deployment plans. Service Delivery: Coordinate and execute the provisioning and deployment of new customer services. Lead the installation, upgrades, and migration processes, ensuring high‐quality service delivery within deadlines. Act as the primary technical point of contact for stakeholders, facilitating smooth handover to operations or clients. Monitoring & Operations: Monitor the performance and health of network and infrastructure equipment, including routers, switches, and transmission systems. Use Network Management Systems (NMS) and Operational Support Systems (OSS) to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve network incidents promptly. Conduct routine maintenance, update configurations, and ensure continuity of critical services. Participate in the 24/7 on‐call rotation to address critical issues as required. Infrastructure Build & Expansion: Support the rollout of new Points of Presence (POPs), fiber routes, and data center facilities. Assist in planning and conducting site surveys, equipment installations, and vendor coordination. Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure network security and adherence to industry standards and company compliance policies. Maintain up‐to‐date and accurate documentation of the network infrastructure, configurations, and processes. Requirements & Qualifications Good English communication skills (both written and spoken). At least 4 years of proven experience in designing and maintaining telecom networks, including services such as IPLC, IEPL, IPT, and DIA. Strong knowledge of network equipment (routers, switches, firewalls) and protocols, such as BGP, OSPF, MPLS, and VLAN. Hands‐on experience with monitoring tools (NMS/OSS) for identifying, diagnosing, and resolving network issues. Familiarity with infrastructure expansion projects, including building POPs and data center deployments. Willingness to collaborate across time zones and work effectively in a globally distributed team. Excellent problem‐solving abilities combined with strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to excel in a fast‐paced, growth‐oriented environment. Flexibility and availability to travel locally and internationally on short notice.
