Job Description:
Taking care of the day-to-day operations of the funds and following up with third parties, including investors and fund managers.
Preparing the funds' periodic Net Asset Value calculation and year-end financial statements, managing audits, and reviewing other fund-related reports.
Handling fund accounts and preparing periodic and regulatory reports for fund entities.
Coordinating investor servicing activities, including onboarding, capital calls, distributions, and issuing shareholder statements.
Supporting Senior Officers and Managers in ensuring quality work is delivered to clients.
Assisting with the setup of new funds and liaising with tax specialists, lawyers, and notaries during the process.
Taking on additional responsibilities as required by senior staff.
Your Profile:
Strong academic background.
Newly qualified or partially qualified Accountant (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CPAA, AICPA, CIMA, ACA).
Experience or knowledge of financial services, especially with alternative investment funds, is desirable.
Fluent in English and Chinese; proficiency in other Asian languages is a plus.
Team-oriented with the ability to work independently.
Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
Detail-oriented and mature.
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
Knowledge of eFront and Yardi systems is an advantage.
