This role will work closely with the Head of Leasing & Resource to oversee staff relocations, lease administration, and event logistics, ensuring smooth operations and delivering outstanding experiences for stakeholders
About The Job
Responsibilities:
Lease Administration: Coordinate lease renewals, terminations, and negotiations in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
Space Planning & Design: Implement space planning strategies to optimise spatial layouts.
Space Allocation, Review & Audit: Conduct regular audits of space utilisation and recommend improvements.
Event Support: Provide logistical and operational support for campus-wide events.
Additions & Alterations (A&A) and Upgrading Works: Manage renovation, upgrading, and retrofitting projects to enhance campus facilities.
Move Management: Plan and coordinate office moves, staff relocations, and space reconfigurations.
Project Management: Drive selected initiatives from the LRS/INF Workplan that contribute to strategic outcomes in leasing, space optimisation, and infrastructure enhancement.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration or a related field.
5 years of experience in Additions & Alterations, Project management, space planning, facilities coordination, or similar roles.
Proficiency in space management software and lease management systems is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
