Job Overview:

The Operations Coordinator is responsible for managing the daily operations of our car washing and grooming facilities.

This role requires a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Team Management: Supervise and train staff in car washing and grooming techniques to ensure high standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor performance metrics and provide constructive feedback to improve work processes.
  • Site Operations: Collaborate with the team to maintain housekeeping and ensure smooth site operations, including equipment maintenance and repairs as needed.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customer satisfaction through effective complaint resolution and follow-up.
  • Inventory Management: Manage stock inventory and supplies to optimize operational efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Planning and Troubleshooting: Ability to plan and troubleshoot complex issues to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
  • Policing and Maintenance: Knowledge of policing and maintenance procedures to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Client Relationships: Strong client relationship building and management skills to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Organizational and Time Management Skills: Highly organized with strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
