Korean Noodle Shop – Hiring Supervisor (Yishun Northpoint Mall)

We are looking for a responsible and motivated Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Korean Noodle Shop, Yishun Northpoint Mall.

(Position)

  • Restaurant Supervisor (Full-time)

(Key Responsibilities)

  • Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations
  • Supervise and guide service/kitchen staff during shifts
  • Ensure smooth customer service and resolve customer issues promptly
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards
  • Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance feedback
  • Support management in inventory control and reporting

(Working Conditions)

  • Location: Yishun Northpoint Mall
  • Work Schedule: 5.5 days per week (including weekends and public holidays on rotation)
  • Salary: Competitive, based on experience

(Requirements)

  • Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in F&B preferred
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Responsible, proactive, and able to lead by example
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
