Job Opportunity

Join us as an Application Specialist in Singapore, supporting sales activities through equipment installation, demonstrations, and user training (hardware & software).

We are looking for a skilled professional to deliver excellent after-sales service to clients in Singapore and surrounding ASEAN countries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install and demonstrate equipment, providing technical expertise and solutions for application-related challenges.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement product launches, workshops, and seminar preparations.
  • Prepare biological samples for demonstrations or applications, showcasing our products' capabilities.

Requirements

  • Minimum Degree in Science or Engineering, preferably with exposure to microscopy or related fields.
  • Strong interest in software applications and a foundation in Biology, Optics, or Physics is welcome.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive as a team player, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally overseas for customer or regional support, expanding our global reach.
