Role Overview:

  • As a Duty Manager, you will oversee and ensure the smooth operation of hotel services. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of service quality, ensuring guest satisfaction, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Lead the Front Office team to achieve business objectives and promote a positive work environment.
  • Operational Excellence: Monitor and control hotel operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing efficient solutions.
  • Customer Service: Ensure guests receive exceptional service, resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as Housekeeping and Security, to maintain a seamless guest experience.

Requirements:

  • O-Levels or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 5 years' experience in hotel operations and management.
  • Able to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of Opera System.
  • Ability to lead teams and drive results.
