Overview
Job Description: We are looking for a high energy, self-motivated, result driven individual for a NAND Process Development Wet Process Manager/Lead role. The individual will lead a team of engineers to identify, prioritize and drive process solutions under the 15-month cadence for yield, reliability and cost gaps for NAND technology nodes in different stages of technology introduction and development.
Responsibilities
Maintain safe environment through proactive safety practices and by ensuring safety policies are always followed
Hire, develop, mentor, and manage a team of highly capable process engineers
Create a culture of innovation and tenacity within group to meet the needs of accelerated technology cadence
Provide regular feedback to your team members on performance, developing a career plan and mentoring the team members to support their professional development, through Micron’s performance planning and appraisal process
Set strategy for future technology nodes and help define roadmap
Engage with suppliers to develop the process and equipment needed to meet Micron’s technology roadmap
Collaborate with other process development, process integration, manufacturing development to align on project priorities and deliver robust, manufacturing friendly processes on time
Partner with Manufacturing fab for effective
