Job Title: Play Space Supervisor
We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized individual to fill the role of Play Space Supervisor . As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our children's play area. You will be the first point of contact for parents and children, responsible for providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome Parents and Children: Create a friendly and inviting atmosphere by warmly welcoming parents and children.
  • Process Payments: Handle transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform computer tasks, respond to inquiries via phone or email, and maintain records.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the play area by resetting toys, sanitizing surfaces, and conducting general cleaning tasks.
  • Safety and Compliance: Monitor the play area to ensure safety and compliance with facility rules and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred.
  • Multitasking: Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic Computer Skills: Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software applications.
  • Passion for Working with Children: A passion for working with children and families.
