Roles & Responsibilities Process Design and Optimization 1.1 Lead the full-process process design of the product lines in the Singapore factory, formulate and maintain standardized process documents (SOPs) to ensure the efficient and compliant production process. 1.2 Collaborate with the Chinese team to complete the New Product Introduction (NPI) process and solve process compatibility issues in local assembly. 1.3 Promote the implementation of the SPC (Statistical Process Control) system, establish a product process database, and achieve the visualization and analysis of production data. Technical Docking and Improvement 2.1 Lead the technical docking with local suppliers to ensure that raw materials, equipment, and tooling fixtures comply with process specifications. 2.2 Be responsible for the Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) during the production process, output process improvement plans, and implement verification. 2.3 Carry out technical improvement projects to optimize production efficiency and product quality and reduce production costs. Team Management and Training 3.1 Train and assess the technical capabilities of the production team to improve the overall process level. 3.2 Collaborate across departments to promote the development of automated equipment and tooling. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical manufacturing, electrical engineering, electrical automation, or other related industries; 2. More than 3 years of experience in process/electrical design, familiar with the structural design of low-voltage switchgear cabinets and bus ducts. Experience in data center power distribution projects is preferred; 3. Fluent in both Chinese and English (capable of independently handling Chinese and English technical documents and collaborating with cross-regional teams); 4. Good communication, coordination, and teamwork skills, and a strong sense of responsibility; 5. Proficient in SolidWorks/AutoCAD, with the ability to design tooling fixtures and select electrical products; 6. Familiar with standards such as UL857, UL47, IEC61439, GB7251.6, etc. Experience in UL certification projects is preferred; 7. Have a good command of the application of automated production equipment, and possess the ability of process optimization and failure analysis; 8. Singapore locals are preferred; 9. Full-time; 10.
