Job Description Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives in the media & agency industry. Provide accurate and timely financial reporting, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with company goals. Oversee cash flow management and optimise financial performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive cost efficiencies and profitability improvements. Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies. Ensure robust internal controls are in place across all financial operations. Support the leadership team with strategic financial insights and recommendations. The Successful Applicant A professional qualification in accounting or finance (e.g., CPA, ACCA, or equivalent). Proven experience in financial management within the services industry. Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams effectively. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in financial software and tools.
