Responsibilities Review technical specifications, drawings, procedures, and standards related to project requirements. Prepare and review project quality documents, procedures, and ITPs. Review drawings, documents, and weekly updated drawing register from the document controller and distribute to project QA personnel. Administer internal quality audits to ensure compliance with the project quality plan. Monitor inspection and documentation activities of QA Inspectors to ensure compliance with inspection test plans and quality requirements. Resolve quality-related issues arising from subcontractors and in-house production. Perform E&I equipment and material inspections during receiving to meet purchase specifications. Ensure protection and preservation of Electrical & Instrument systems. Update electrical and mechanical completion progress in the project database. Liaise with owners, class surveyors, and government bodies regarding project requirements. Coordinate testing and commissioning with engineering, project managers, QA department, and vendors. Report non-conformance and issue improvement notes as necessary. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Job Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Naval Architecture, Marine and Offshore, Electrical Engineering, or related disciplines. API 570, CWSIP 3.1 Certified Welding Inspector. Minimum 3 years of relevant QA experience, preferably in offshore and marine industries. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. Familiar with loop test, hi-pot test, mechanical completion checks, and ITR.
