Overview Join to apply for the MRI Product Sales Leader - SEA6 role at GE HealthCare. You will be responsible for driving sales of MRI systems and solutions. This role requires in-depth product knowledge, the ability to have clinical and technical discussions with healthcare professionals and key decision makers, relationship-building skills and sales acumen to position MRI solutions effectively and support commercial and channel partner teams. Responsibilities Develop and execute a business plan to achieve orders, sales, margin and share targets for MRI for the assigned Zone. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations tailored to clinical, technical, and financial stakeholders. Build and maintain strong relationships with radiologists, radiology technologists, biomedical engineers, purchase managers and C-level executives. Collaborate with marketing to support product promotions, trade shows and local events. Provide pre-sales and post-sales support, including equipment configurations, technical consultations and site evaluations. Stay informed about MRI market trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements. Develop and manage regional collaboration and reference sites. Own the relationship with KOLs in the region. Drive share growth through smart product positioning, pricing, training, pilot site support, and adapting to market needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align productivity initiatives and business objectives. Advise on MR tender technical specifications by consulting hospital Medical Physicists, Radiologists/Radiographers, BME, etc. Own and drive required regulatory approvals, working closely with Regulatory Affairs for the zone. Additional Responsibilities Ensure knowledge of and compliance with Research-Commercial policies, Quality, Regulatory, integrity and company policies. Excellent communication skills across multiple levels, functions and regions; ability to clearly communicate complex information verbally and in writing. High-level presentation skills to convey ideas with impact. Required Qualifications Degree or Diploma in Radiography, Engineering or equivalent. 5+ years’ experience in the medical technology industry, MRI clinical or sales roles or hospital environment. Excellent oral and written communications skills; strong analytical and process skills. Ability to influence, motivate and work with diverse, cross-functional teams across levels. Willingness to travel as needed to meet business requirements. Experience interacting with customers, marketing/product management groups, and other industry experts.
