Software Development Position

We are seeking a highly skilled software developer to join our organization and contribute to the design and development of high-quality software solutions. This role involves working on complex projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving innovation through technology.

  • Key responsibilities include evaluating customer requirements, leveraging in-house software libraries and development tools for efficient coding, developing and constructing PLC code, C++ code, C# code, and Vision Technology code following best practices, performing comprehensive unit testing and debugging to ensure functionality and reliability, designing precision equipment tuning guides, and implementing interlock and anti-collision logic for enhanced performance and safety.

Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science, 4 years of experience in equipment control software design and development using specialized languages (PLC, C#.NET), familiarity with Ladder, CoDeSys, TwinCAT or any IEC equivalent programming language, and experience in developing TwinCAT and SECS/GEM applications.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, effective communicator, and passionate about engineering excellence, with a strong ability to troubleshoot up to load-board level, develop comprehensive training materials, and conduct effective training sessions for Field Service, Design Quality teams, and customers.
