The Marine Process Engineer will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and optimizing marine process systems for offshore and floating production units (FPUs). This role involves ensuring compliance with international standards, supporting project execution, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe and efficient marine systems. Key Responsibilities Develop and review process designs for marine systems including ballast water, bilge, cooling water, and seawater treatment systems. Prepare PFDs, P&IDs, and process calculations for marine systems. Project Execution Support FEED and detailed engineering phases for offshore projects. Coordinate with structural, mechanical, and electrical teams to ensure integration of marine systems. Compliance & Standards Ensure designs meet IMO, SOLAS, MARPOL, and class society requirements (ABS, DNV, Lloyd's Register). Conduct HAZOP and risk assessments for marine systems. Technical Support Provide troubleshooting and optimization support during commissioning and operations. Assist in vendor selection and review technical documentation. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Marine Engineering. 10+ years of experience in marine process engineering for offshore platforms or FPUs/FPSOs. Strong knowledge of marine systems and international regulations. Proficiency in process simulation tools (e.g., HYSYS, Aspen Plus) and MS Office. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Preferred Experience Previous involvement in FPSO/FPU projects. Familiarity with Singapore shipyards and regional offshore projects. #J-18808-Ljbffr
