Maintenance Supervisor

(Job ID: )Responsibilities: Lead a team of mechanical supervisors and contractors in performing plant maintenance, modifications, and construction activities, ensuring timely, safe, and high-quality work without disrupting plant operations. Coordinate with plant operators and other maintenance teams to execute maintenance and modification works safely, maintaining the integrity of facilities. Conduct mechanical studies and modifications of plant facilities according to technical specifications and business requirements. Perform technical investigations on plant equipment issues, evaluate findings, and recommend countermeasures to prevent recurrence. Conduct and arrange training for staff and contractors to enhance skills and competency levels. Respond to plant emergency calls and resolve mechanical issues within tight schedules. Implement and maintain management systems in line with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and SS651 standards. Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering. 1 - 2 years’ experience in maintenance of mechanical facilities in oil, petrochemical, or power industries. Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and repairing static and rotating equipment, including heat exchangers, pressure vessels, agitators, pumps, compressors, and blowers. Proficient in Microsoft Office; basic knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
